Hi there,

I am using the Dart fish software to connect to the dart fish. TV.

 

I have been making vain attempts to upload the video content to dart fish. TV.

 

During the upload I am receiving the internet connectivity error.

 

I am sure my internet is working fine as I have been able to browse other websites without any issues.

 

 

Publishing error!

Unable to connect.Please verify your internet connection.

Error code: (0x80131509)

Hi Jay

This problem occurs when connecting to Dartfish.tv across a network your connection is block by the firewall/proxy.

Make sure that the port 80 on your firewall(s) / proxy server (s) is open towards *.dartfish.tv and *.dartfish.com.

Also check your network cable is plugged in and check you network connection is up and running also try turning off the firewall(s) of your antivirus maybe they are blocking the software

The Dartfish Software now only communicates via port 80 to dartfish.tv. you need to replace the existing configuration

• Make sure that you are logged as Local Administrator
• Download This Link Configuration
• Choose the following directory “C:Program FilesDartfishDartfish Softwarebin” replace the Dartfish.exe.config
