Punch Professional Home Design Platinum Suite crashes

Hi there.  I just installed Punch Professional Home Design platinum Suite Version 12 with PhotoView Technology in hopes of creating and designing a realistic image of the interior of our home in 2D and 3D.  The program just shows a black screen then crashes when I use it.  What could be the problem?  I'm on Windows 7.

Punch Professional Home Design Platinum Suite crashes

Hello Douglas,

Punch Professional Home Design platinum Suite Version 12 is a nice software with decent reviews but when you are using it to create 2D images. The software is often reported to crash when used in 3D mode and there is no manual fix for that, as this the software’s incapability to work fine with the 3D load. In your case, there could be two possibilities:-

If you are using it in 3D mode and it’s crashing, then there is nothing you can do about it. You could only wait for the corporation to release some fix for this problem.

If you are using it in 2D mode and the software is still crashing, then you have not installed the product correctly. In this case, you are suggested to refer back to the installation guide and see what step you have missed and fix it.
