Putting Music On Hold, Wav Format.

I run a call centre and have over 100 employees with 80 phones in service. As, we cannot answer the caller immediately, I need some good music on hold, wav format to keep the caller entertained. Please suggest some music.

Putting Music On Hold, Wav Format.

Well, good music is really important when a customer is put on hold as the waiting time can get really frustrating for a few callers and the music can help them keep calm. Following are few good samples for music on hold;

1) “Starface” with a slow tempo and is 2 minutes long.

2) “303 Groove” has a medium tempo and is 54 seconds long.

3) “Power Plant Soul” also has a medium tempo and lasts 2min 20sec.

4) “Los Big Beatos” has a fast tempo and is 2min 38sec long. Keep alternating these and your callers will not be bored. Cheers.
