I want to schedule a meeting in my Outlook resource account. I need steps on how to do it.  Can someone help me with the resource scheduler Outlook? Its urgent. Please help.

Query Regarding Resource Scheduler Outlook Tips

1. Login to your account
2. Go to calendar and in the actions menu plan a meeting
3. In dialog box that appears cock on invite others
4. Select the names from the list and the resources you want at the meeting
5. For each name select required, optional or resource
6. Select the time from the free time listed or cock on Autopilot
7. Then click on Make meeting
