Querying the Presence of the User

After establishing the Data Channels in AJAX, I used it in querying the Presence of the User. When the session is already initialized, querying the Presence of the User sends a request to the Communicator Web Access Server through command channel. My problem is, the connection cannot be established. It times out and shows nothing. What do I need to fix this? Can someone please help me?

Querying the Presence of the User

Hello Mr. Arthur. I want to provide a solution that can solve your problem. I think there is a connection problem in your system. You should recheck your connection devices. Both hardware and software. Sometimes low speed connection can occur this types of problem. You should also check the connection option of AJAX. Then restart your pc. After conducting all these operation your might be solved.
