Some times it happens that you installed software and later on if you try to uninstall it, it doesn't happen. So in such a case we have following solutions,
Method-1
Step-I Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
Step-II Select the program you want to uninstall and click Remove
Normally the software’s are uninstalled this way very easily. If you still not being able to uninstall the software then you can use some other techniques to uninstall such software.
Method-2
There is a possibility that the installer of the software is corrupted. In this case use the source i.e Software CD and run the setup file. When you run the setup file, the setup checks if the software is already installed or not, if so it gives option of "Remove/Uninstall". Click Remove to remove the software from your computer.
Method-3 (Forceful uninstall)
Step-I Click Start -> Run
Step-II Type regedit and click Ok
Step-III On the left side is the registry settings tree, use it to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall
Step-IV Locate the key of the software and delete it.
If you delete the key in which you've found the DisplayName key with the value equal to your program's name, then your program won't appear on the Add/Remove programs list. Hope it works for you fine.

Updated versions of software are not always automatically remove older versions. For Manually Uninstall a Program, often the recommendation is to use ADD/REMOVE or other Uninstall feature in the Windows. The problem is software buries numerous of keys in the Window Registry. If these left behind by the uninstall process, may later come back to haunt the user, particularly if the program is one of the anti-virus checkers. They increase in size and slow down the system. If there is not a special uninstall option associated with software, check with tech support at the software maker's site. There will be an option "Clean Uninstall". Others, you can mail company, asking how to fully uninstall the software. The answers may be quite extensive, such as Zone Labs or Symantec's directions for manually uninstall. By following these methods, find and delete specific folders and files along with locating and deleting Registry entries. If these steps still not work, then delete the relevant Registry Keys.
This is a step to take only if Tech Support cannot help, because changes to the Registry can cause the system malfunction. Always create a restore point by using System Restore before proceeding to this step. To access Registry, start Run, type REGEDIT, select Export from the drop down list, name the file and save it on desktop. Within REGEDIT Program, click on Edit/Find, type in the name of the software, click "Find Next" right click on each key that relates to the software, then choose Delete. Press F3 for Find Again and continue in the same way, deleting each applicable Registry Key. Once finished with these steps, restart the computer. If still, there is a problem, go back to the last item restore point and proceed again from 'Import" from the file menu.
