Question regarding cookiepie Firefox and multiple account logging

I have heard that cookiepie Firefox allows multiple accounts at the same site at the same time.

I was wondering how?

Later I learned it set different cookies for different accounts.

But now my query is what is cookies and how my privacy is protected.

I have not used it yet.

Please help me.

Hellow lussy, 

 

Cookiepie is a Firefox extension that helps you to maintain different cookies by different tabs or windows. Not only Firefox, it can also be use as the plugin of other browser like "Flock".

 

But it is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox. But I can prefer you to use another Firefox plugin through which you can also use multiple accounts simultaneously.

 

Multifox is the extension and you can get it from https://github.com/hultmann/multifox/releases/tag/3.2.3. After installation you will get an extra option like the following image –
