When a person is using voice recognition on his personal computer can his speech in telugu be translated in to another language automatically

Hi,

The question here what I understand is like, you want to give commands in telugu to your computer and it should work accordingly by translating it to its understandable language.  Basically the voice recognition works only for few specific languages for which vendor has designed. If you have any third party tool which supports even telugu language to give as an input then it works in your scenario. What I know about these tools is like it supports US English, UK English, French, German, Chinese these are the languages for which they gave support.  There are even tools from Microsoft also which explains you in  detail.

Windows Speech Recognition in a certain language can be used only when this one matches the language of the operating system. Currently, the following languages are accepted: English (US and UK), French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese (traditional and simplified).
