Is there a software in VOIP where in the telugu language can be translated automatically in to English.

The right VOIP software that will help you with the translation task is Babylon 9 Translation Software and Dictionary Tool.

It supports translation of a wide variety of languages and therefore you should check it out and see if it will help solve your problem. Check it out here.

Another alternative Voice Over IP software that will be suitable to help you with the translation task is the Software Blade application. You can have a look at it here.

There are several others, but so far I hope these two will help you translate your work from telugu language to English as you want.

If you need some translating solution then Babylon would be great for you. It is a one-stop shop solution that offers users dictionary and multiple language translation. This is great for people who oftentimes or maybe regularly require translation of different languages to another language and vice versa. Babylon 10.0.1 is the latest version which you can download from Softonic® – Enjoy Software! | Babylon.

This latest release works on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. I think this is an online installer so that means you need to connect your computer to the internet while doing the installation.  For the software’s best features, it supports countless languages and allows searching in databases, other sites, and encyclopedias. The only problem, I guess, would be the extra dictionaries. These dictionaries are not included in the installation or in the installer and require a separate downloading of the files from the Babylon site.
