QuickBooks invoice sending error message

Hello,

My problem is related to QuickBooks, e-mailing my invoice to be precise.

When I try to do it an error message is displayed:

QuickBooks PDF Converter Activation Error – 20

You cannot print directly to the QuickBooks PDF Converter.

Try using QuickBooks PDF Save as PDF menu option.

OK

I would be very grateful if you could help me by sending a solution quickly because I’ll need it very soon. Thank you.

QuickBooks invoice sending error message

Some would simply save the file as PDF and then send.

OR

You can try these steps:

In Windows XP:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Printers and Faxes.
3. Find the gb PDF converter.
4. Right click and select Properties.
5. Go to Advanced tab and change the driver from the default "amyuni document converter 300" to amyuni pdf converter 2.06" (some users would have 2.51 or 2. 07)
6. Click Apply, and try again.

If you have a different Operating System, you can search Google or  simply go to Printers and Faxes and start from there.  I have Windows 7, mine says Devices and Printers.
