Quicken 2002 UK Version Out in the Market?

I'm planning on having Quicken 2002. I have this dilemma on the tax system of UK. My friend also have Quicken 2002 and it's a US version. I want to use the same software as he guaranteed its quality. Is there any chance that I could change the tax policy in Quicken to UK based? Or easier enough, is there Quicken 2002 UK out in the market?
