Quicken is currently unable to verify

Hello,

I have installed Quicken 2006 on my Windows XP SP2 Operating System to accelerate my financial matters. I just put my financial institution information to verify but the following error message appeared on the screen. How can I fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Quicken is currently unable to verify

Quicken is simply an application that depends on the operating environment in the computer. Thus, such a problem may arise due to the below reasons:

• The system date may be incorrect. This may happen due to various reasons such as altering the date and time to a date not inline with the normal calendar
• The Quicken software that you happen to have is not supported by the financial institution.
• The financial institution data may be incorrect or missing.

To solve the issue therefore:

• Check the date and time at the right bottom corner of your computer and ensure that the date and time zone are correct. Click OK and try downloading again.
• Check to see if the Quicken version you have is the latest. If the database of the Quicken is not up to date, update it by selecting update now in the Account Actions. Repeat this procedure for every financial institution displaying an error.
• You may also deactivate then reactivate the web connect account for online access.
