I would like to have Quran jar mobile apps for my mobile. Please advise, where to get it at free of cost [if the free version is not available, I am ready to pay]. If you can provide me the online provider's web address, that will help me a lot.

Just sign up for an account and you can get them free. Remember to select your device so you can download files appropriate for your chosen device.
