RAM size for running the Combat Arms and Minecraft, anyone??

I am seeking help to know about what should be the RAM size for running the Combat Arms and Minecraft. I have a system with Windows Vista and RAM of 2 GB and the minecraft is running properly in this system. Will combat arms run smoothly with 384 MB? Is there any other online multiplayer fps which can run with 384 MB memory? I will be thankful for your help to get out of this problem.

Please see the minimum system requirements needed for Minecraft to work on your computer.

CPU Processor – Pentium4 2.4GHz, Sempron 2200+, GeForce 8400 Series, Radeon HD 2400 Series

RAM – 1GB

Operating System – Windows XP 32 bit

Direct X – DX 9

Hard disk drive space – 1GB

For Combat Arms to work on your computer, below is the minimum system requirements:

CPU Processor – Pentium 3 1GHz, Pentium 4 2.4GHz

RAM – 256MB to 512MB

Operating System – Windows 2000, Windows XP

Direct X – DX9

Hard disk drive space – 2 GB
