I am using PS3, but I am worried about the playstation error 80028e02/8002A203 as it keeps popping on the screen whenever I turn it on.
Can someone help me in resolving this issue?

The code 80028E02 error implies that the connection to the server is over.
It can occur when connecting to an ISP that needs the user to log in with a username and a password.
To fix this, just open the internet browser on your device and check if there a message from your Internet Service Provider or a login page (then perform those instructions). It is not in the link to the PlayStation login, so you would require calling the ISP.
