Hello, notify the steps for my neat scanner is not working mentioned the same as stepwise for the easy understating too. Thank you in advance.

Reason For My Neat Scanner Is Not Working And Its Problem Sovling.

Hello, below shows the steps for my neat scanner is not working is as follows:
• First disable the security options
• Next run as the administrator.
• Later you have to run the program in the Windows XP compatibility mode
• Next install the new version 5.3
• Later uninstall and again install the Neat
• If necessary you can send the Neat logs to examine them too.
• Next you have to reinstall .NET
• Lastly you have to install the updates and run it successfully
