Hello, the reason why it’s not getting emails in outlook can be due to the connectivity issue or maybe the software is not up to date. Try updating the same and if still there’s a problem then go to solve the below state reasons for the same:
• Try check the junk folders if there’s issues with it.
• Next you can check the inbox and sort the settings as well.
• Try selecting the updated version and do the troubleshooting for the same.
• Check if you email is full or not.
• Also try for email forwarding as well.
