Reason for NVIDIA graphics to be used in Macbook Air line

In the just launched MacBook Air Line, why is the NVIDIA graphics chip continued to be used, though this needs slower Intel processors? Can you tell me whether the NVIDIA Denver project will be a success?

Hi Camille,

Since 1999 NVIDIA is famous for its manufacturing computer graphic hardware (LAPTOPS/PC). Since then the company consistently sets new standard in interactive graphics ranging from tables to portable media players to notebooks and PC.

Because of its expertise in GPUs processing which make supercomputing inexpensive. The company holds more than 1,100 U.S. patents including designs, fundamental to modern computing and this is enough reason why NVIDIA is so successful and Mac convince to use NVIDIA in their product.

NVIDIA has revised its display technology in its newly manufactured chips. Now these do not use typical slower processing techniques anymore. As a result, Retina display is one of the most attractive features of new technology that has been used in Apple MacBook Air Line. It has been powered by NVIDIA gt-640m discrete graphics card.
