Received an error message while loading Speccy64

Hello,

I received an error message while loading Speccy64. The following error message shows the missing file. How can I fix it? I reinstalled the program but the same error displayed. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The program can’t start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from

Your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Received an error message while loading Speccy64

Hi Carlos,

 

The error itself says the MSVCR100.dll is missing to your computer then means that you did not install the software completely or the MSVCR100.dll file is corrupted so to solve your problem you need to download the MSVCR100.dll then copy and paste it to the directory where the software folder is saved. A copy prompt will appear so all you have to do is select the copy and replace the file then restart your computer. I the same error appear again try to uninstall and reinstall the software again and make sure that this will successfully install this time.
