Hello out there,
I was using CRM on Outlook 2010 and received some king of error in my Synchronization logs in the Unread Messages folder.
I have posted a screenshot below.
What can I do about this?
Received some king of error in my Synchronization logs
Hallo Nelson,
Ensure that you have set the outlook addresses correctly, both for the outgoing and the incoming settings. Any mistake in that will hinder the messages from being send and received successfully.
Also try restarting outlook and see if that will resolve the issue. It may be just a temporary problem that may be resolved that way.
Regards,
Nicke

Hello Nelson,
This error might be caused because:
1] If the item you want to delete no longer exists on your Exchange mailbox
2] The Exchange server cannot delete the requested item
Here is solution for you:
1] Make sure you are using Outlook Web App.
2] Make sure when you delete the item you are connected to your Exchange Server mailbox by using Outlook.
If item is not one of above contact Microsoft for more assistance.
