Received a USB driver install error while installing Samsung New PC Studio

Hi Gurus,

I was installing Samsung New PC Studio for my new Samsung Phone when I got this error message (see below).

I couldn’t understand the message. 

Wondering why it stated a USB driver installer when I wasn’t using a USB. 

So, maybe someone could help me here, please.

Received a USB driver install error while installing Samsung New PC Studio

Dear friend

• If you are using windows 7 64bit then this driver does not support, so to solve this problem you have to run the setup in compatibility mode.
• Here Compatibility means support with and windows 7 with 64bit does not support to run this type of setup on windows7 platform so to solve this problem you have follow below steps.

Solution

• Right Click the Samsung_USB_Driver_Installer.exeand click Properties.
• Click on Compatibility tab.
• Check “Run this program in compatibility for:“.
• Choose just Windows Vista not SP1 or SP2.
• Check “Run this program as an administrator”.
• Click OK.

Received a USB driver install error while installing Samsung New PC Studio

Hi,

In this case some software like this one the Samsung PC Studio.

Has a compatibility issues just make sure your computer drivers are installed especially the USB drivers for your computer and check if the software is compatible with your operating system.

Like windows XP and windows 7 and open windows update to update the latest drivers.
