Guys give me some recommendations for a crm shareware. I will buy it if you think it is really the best but if you can recommend for free then it would be more than welcome! A direct link is most appreciated too!

If you are not satisfied with sugarcrm, then its cousin crmlogic will get you there. You can get it at

You could also do a Google search for yourself and choose what you want to your satisfaction.

While SugarCRM is indeed widely used there are some very popular and powerful CRM applications which are free.

Here are some of the open source CRMs which you can consider –

  1. vTiger It supports sales automation, customer service, marketing automation, analytics & reporting
  2. Zurmo New entrant concentrating on social crm, gamification, mobile.
  3. Opentaps A full featured enterprise resource planning application that has a very powerful CRM too.
  4. OpenCRX Very powerful CRM having good account management, groupware, sales management, product management.

Hope this list gives a feel of the various CRM software that are available.
