Recommended free anti-virus for Microsoft Home Hosting server 2011

Hello,

As we all know, Microsoft no longer offers any virus protection specifically associated with their Home Hosting server 2011. Consequently, I’m in need of a good anti-virus remedy without any cost. 

 

I’ve used AVG until now. It’s served my purposes well in the past. I would like to look for something now. Can you suggest anything like this to me, please? As you are more experienced than me, I am sure that your suggestions will be very helpful to me.

Recommended free anti-virus for Microsoft Home Hosting server 2011

Hi,

AVG antivirus is working for WHS 2011 but if you don't like that. Try claimwin antivirus it is a reliable antivirus for WHS 2011 or if you have access to TechNET/MSDN sub you can try MS Forefront Endpoint Protection this antivirus are both free.

If you have some money you can spare you can have ESET NOD32 Antivirus it works well with WHS 2011. The subscription are for a whole year for a very reasonable price.
