Recording Reminders for important tasks

I want to record reminders for my most important tasks on virtual sticky notes and have known about the software PNotes Portable 9.0.107. Does this program track reminders while my PC is turned off?

Hi!

Managing our tasks everyday is very important specially for a very busy person and to the people who are always in front of a computer PNotes Portable 9.0.107 makes there life much easier.  YES!  It is working even on offline mode and it can also be transferred to a SD Card.  The good news is it also available in android phones.  Hope you will enjoy it also.
