I use files like *.GUID and *.edb to keep my information. I would like to be informed on how I can note down the mailboxes from only these files and then recover a particular mailbox to the exchange server.

So kindly inform me of any other means by which I could recover the chosen mailboxes from the above files to the exchange server.
