Anyone who knows how to delete files in the recycle bin? I have a little trouble deleting files in the recycle bin because the files are consuming too much of my hard disk.
Also, the files are not visible, but opens in the properties folder in the amount of 200 Giga.
Please help.
$ recycle.bin consuming disk space
To delete the contents in the recycle bin, the usual method is to right-click the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop and click on the "Empty Recycle Bin" option.
If you find that the usual method doesn't work for you, then I suggest using Ccleaner from Pirifrom. It cleans up all unnecessary files such as .tmp files, contents of Windows temporary folder, log files, browser history, contents of the recycle bin. Of course, there are other applications that can do the same but Ccleaner is the most simple and straightforward. It is free and very effective. You can set it to delete files automatically or manually.
Hope this helps.
