Redirecting Outlook pst file to Server 2008

Usually I am redirecting Outlook pst file to Server 2008. I am also using V M Ware View 4.5. Two days ago, I encountered losing a pst file. I can restore the file but the problem continues. I tried to find out the cause of the problem but miserably failed. Somebody please help.

Redirecting Outlook pst file to Server 2008

Hallo Derek_ryan,

The action that you are trying to carry out, that is redirecting your PST files to the outlook server 2008, is not supported and therefore cannot be carried. It has been also said by Microsoft lots of times that such action should not be taken, and therefore you will have to adhere to that.

You may risk losing more PST files in any continued attempt to carry out that process, and therefore I will advise you that if you need to transfer files to the server, then use the right procedure that has been recommended by Microsoft to do, so that you will not risk loosing your PST files.
