Register Fm20 Dll In Windows 7 Error

I am trying to register an FM20.DLL file on an experienced Windows 7 64-bit operating system containing only an industrial software package. I took them in my SysWOW64 folder and executed the regsvr32 command. but I get the following error: The FM20.DLL module has been loaded, but the decision of DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80040151.
Can someone tell me how to register fm20 dll in Windows 7?

I think I found the answer. Some notes manage to some extent to run regsvr32 as an administrative associate. I thought I had followed by identifying myself as an associate user as an administrator, but it was not beneficial at all to save the file.

Finally, right-click CMD, choose Run as administrator, and then run the command.
