Registering POP3 Mail Accounts Lotus Notes

Hi Friends,

I have installed Lotus Notes 8.5 without Lotus Domino in my system, I would like to know about, How to configure by registering POP3 Mail Accounts Lotus Notes. Please guide me.

If there is any similar user friendly Software that is having more options than that of Lotus Notes  and if it is available for free on Internet, Please suggest & Guide me to find that.

Registering POP3 Mail Accounts Lotus Notes

Hi,

 

These are the steps to configure a POP3 Mail account on Lotus Notes 8.5

1. Click on Open Button and select Contacts

2. Select Advanced

3. Select Accounts from the left menu and click on New button

4. Add the information for the POP to the new account profile and click on "Save and close"

Now you have set your POP3 account and you can download your emails to your mail database by using Replicator
