Registration Failure on Wondershare Youtube Downloader

Hello Pals,

I tried to register on Wondershare Youtube downloader with my Registration code and got this ‘Fail to register’ error. It says usage of registration code has exceeded the limitation. But this bit of information puzzles me because this is actually the first time I’m trying to register this registration code on Wondershare. I checked my registration information to make sure that the registration code I’m using is the correct one. Did anyone else face such an issue? How can I resolve this problem? Please help. I am waiting your responses. Thank you.

Most Wondershare software offers a free trial version, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase.  Also there is money back guarantee given if somehow the software does not work. By looking at the screen shots it seems your account has been locked owing to repeated incorrect entry of the Registration code. You should click on the contact customer service link and follow the instruction. They probably can issue you a fresh registration code or can reset the account so that you can try again. Even after if the same problem happens with the new code, immediately get in touch with customer care. You can use the following link to reach customer support. Also let the customer support know the OS you are using e.g. Mac/ Microsoft etc.
