Hi lewismarvinn,
You want to reinstall window 7, your asking is there any way to reinstall windows 7 without backup.
There is no need of backup files for installing the windows 7. Backup files are used to restore the data, but windows 7 does not need any backup files during the installation.
If you want to save your data in operating system then simply select that data and backup it in to any compact disk or any disk drive except C (optional) and Restore it.
Thank You.

Hi Lewismarvinm,
You can reinstall windows 7 without backup files. What you need is the Windows 7 installer. This can be brought in any computer store. You need to save all your important files to a portable HDD or USB, because reinstallation will delete all your files on your HDD. After finish saving your important files you can now proceed in reinstalling new windows 7 using the Windows 7 installer.
I hope this can help you.
