Nothing’s best but from the manufacturer. A sigh of relief as you browse through Microsoft Download Center.  Here’s the link for Microsoft Download Center. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34664 Just click the download, and then follow the installation procedure.

Microsoft Dynamics GP supported operating systems: Windows 7, Windows server 2003, and Windows Server 2008.
