I was running the remote assistance when this one message flashed. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hi,

I see that you have a problem when you run the remote assistant. The remote assistant has to connect to the server to provide you the service. The error message shows that the object cannot be created. The remote assistant needs to be connected to the server so make sure that you are connected to the network. Try the following steps:

1. Check your anti virus is blocking the remote assistant from connecting to the server. If this is the case, then disable your anti virus for some time and run the remote assistant.

2. Check the firewall settings and put the remote assistant in the trusted group.

This should solve your problem.
