Remote desktop connection problem in Server 2003.

When I am trying to connect remotely to domain controller with Windows Server 2003, it fails to connect and there is an error message displayed which says ‘Because of the network problem or it is not enabled to connect the client to remote server, it cannot be able to connect’.  I cannot connect to my two virtual servers and also to another server which has connected to that server. It is also possible to get into VMware and able to view the domain controller. I have doubt that somebody changed the group policies. If anybody knows the solution to this problem, please help me. I will be thankful for all your help.

Remote desktop connection problem in Server 2003.

Disable to connect to a remote desktop in server 2003 is quiet continuous and normal. You may have limited the number of users who could connect efficiently and simultaneously to the desktop session or you may have conflict with the port assignment. There are other reasons through which you could have these error messages. Whether you have inappropriately configured authentication or you may have certificate corruption. Please follow these steps:

·         Make sure your firewall or this kind of software is disabled.

·         Update your remote desktop on the server the client pc.

·         Use remote desktop from the server to your pc.

One of the best Remote Desktop software is the NetSupport Manager 11. To download and install it, you can simply follow this tutorial:
