A required component for interacting with Outlook is not available

Hello Pro,

The installation went pretty well and good without experiencing any problem. However, the real problem triggered at the end of the setup. Why I am getting this error message? I tried to run the setup several times but nothing happened. Someone could help me to solve this error. Thanks for your help.

 

A required component for interacting with Outlook is not available. Please run setup.exe.

A required component for interacting with Outlook is not available

This error message you're experiencing is a custom message that appears when a launch condition isn't present. In this case, you are trying to install an add-in for one version of Outlook on a computer which does not have that version of Outlook. To fix this problem, refer to the addin documentation to see which version of Outlook it is meant for.
