Hello experts,

Resetting trial office 2007 error occurred. When I uninstalled my trial office 2007 because I just reformatted my computer with an operating system of windows 7 64 bit operating system it has an error occurred and unable to let me install it back again, the installation process freezes. I hope you can give me the best solution for this problem.

Resetting trial office 2007 error occurred.

The best way to your problem is to uninstall office 2007 completely there are still files/parts of the programs that left behind when you uninstalled a program if you are not sure where to remove this files you can use revo uninstaller to scan your computer and it will show you what files are left behind you can download it at https://www.revouninstaller.com/ you can use if for 30 days free trial.

Resetting trial office 2007 error occurred.

you  can follow this steps and I am sure  your problem wilbe solved ,First note that

  the following steps involve modification of registry key values ,which may corrupt your windows if done incorrectly .backup registry Then do this steps 

1.   close all Microsoft Office programs
2. click on start button , then click on Run 
3. type regedit in the Run  text box  and click ok or press Enter 
4. locate and then click the following  subkey

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SoftwareMicrosoftOffice12.0Registration

Inside, you will find another subkey that resembles the following subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOffice12.0Registration{30120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}
