• #001 – there are two possible causes for this error: you scanned different sized originals but you did not set the Different Size Originals mode or you scanned different sized originals in the 2-sided original but you didn’t set the Different Size Originals mode. To fix this, set the Different Size Originals mode then scan again.
• #003 – you may receive this error code when the communications took longer than the preset 64 minutes time. To fix this, decrease the resolution of the document or split the document into two or more parts then try sending the document again.
• #005 – when you receive this error, it is either the receiving machine is not a G3 fax or the recipient didn’t answer within 35 seconds. To fix this, verify that the recipient’s machine can communicate then try again or check the recipient’s type of machine.
• #009 – you may receive this error when the fax machine has no paper or the paper drawer is not properly inserted into the machine. To fix this, load paper or insert the paper drawer properly.
