Resolve Error Creating Evr Custom Renderer

To solve these types of error you should try to reinstall video driver, reinstall CCCP, update DirectX and Window 7 user must install Media Feature Pack for Windows to fix the problem. Also, check your graphics driver if it is not good then reinstall it again and try again after doing these your error will be remove. Thank you.
