Hey guys,
I have been running a maintenance scan routinely early in the morning and sometimes in the evening and I keep getting this error message;
Tune-up System Optimizer
Resource IDB_BALLOON_INFO not found.
                               OK

Am not sure but seems to be disrupting the scan. Got clues guys?
Thanks.

That error is kind of confusing.
We have no idea if its source comes from Windows or just a program’s missing internal component.
You regularly use a system optimizer on your computer to tune it up.
Just like what Windows’ defrag do, arranging the files on the hard drive to access them more efficiently.
Just like what Dr. Salman’s Windows Power Tools which streamlines Windows Core Matrix settings and hence makes Windows run much faster and gives more stability to Windows Core Components.
Just like Norton SystemWorks’ System Optimizer which offers bunch of tweaks to improve the accessibility of some Windows components making menus open much faster than usual.
If that error message only appeared after you installed the system optimizer and on using it, try replacing it and use other software. I know you know other programs that also offer system tune-up and optimizing.
Try using them for the meantime if this error will also pop up.
Then after the result, use the software which you are more comfortable with.
