Good day!
I have noticed that Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Publisher, MS Outlook etc, are being revised at least every other 3 years. This scheme posts a major concern on the users of Microsoft Office applications.
While many people are on the process of learning or familiarizing on the new edition, then comes a new one. Is there a possibility that the revision would take effect, say after 5 to 7 years?
Thank you for the enlightenment.Â

Revision of Microsoft Office Applications
Hello sessie,
You ask a good question about Microsoft and it’s really a fact that there is frequent change in the versions of Microsoft products like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc and it is also difficult for the new user to understand the newer version easily.
My dear friend I tell you one thing that no doubt that in 3 to 5 years their versions are changed but the actual work of the options are same even the names of that options are similar in all versions only the look , the features, the place of options are changed.
So, a new person faces a difficulty but not as much as he thinks by looking it but there is a condition that an individual must have an ability to run that previous version of MS Office then he cant face any type of difficulty in performing the task in newer version and he will be expert again very soon and have achieve a good command over new facilities of modified versions. Â
It is also very much necessary and important as well to change the versions and features because nowadays this is a global world and technology increases day by day. So for the sake of become competitive in market or no one can compete in the market these type of changes can play a vital role for Microsoft.
