Hello there,

Even I have installed on my PC this motion controller driver software this error still appears and tell me to install before proceeding. I don’t know why it cannot locate the device and I did everything that it was required. Any solution ? Can anyone help me please ?

A Revit-centric Review of the 3Dconnexion error

You will need to edit the Registry yourself. You may continue only if you are happy in doing so since editing the Registry incorrectly may render the system inoperable.



Go to the Registry Editor, then HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/3Dconnexion/3DxWare, followed by the value Log Level to ffffffff. Afterwards, reboot the system. The log file will be created in %appdata%3Dconnexion3DxWare.
