Hi experts,

I got the following error message using Windows 7 Operating System 64-bit Ultimate and installed Ribbon Hero 2 when I tried to run Ribbon Hero 2 an error message appeared on the screen. I need assistance. Thanks.

The Ribbon Hero 2 addin failed to load.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall Ribbon Hero 2.

Ribbon Hero 2 an error message appeared on the screen

This happens when the code of Ribbon Hero 2 cannot connect with your Office system. There are three possible ways to resolve this:

1. Ribbon Hero 2 will only work when your Windows and Office language is set in English. Check if you are running any other language pack in your system or Office installation. If yes, you should set everything in English.
2. If it still does not work, it is possible that this is due to the errors that are logged in the directory. You need to clear these error logs
3. If it still does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Ribbon Hero 2. The codes may connect with your Office system the next time.
