Hi,
I will get an error message if the start ROBUSKEY License Manager.
The error message is Failed to get Client ID
Installation/Activation Status
ROBUSKEY plug-in is not installed
Click “Install” button to install the plug-in.
Click “Browse1111” button to change the destination folder.
Failed to get Client ID.

Dear user,
The problem occurs with your ROBUSKEY when you start its license manager is because of the reason that it is not properly installed or in other words, it has not been activated properly. You have to activate it again. You can also contact the ROBUSKEY support center / desk for further information about this problem.
