why my Roland bn20 cant detect the ink, warning from bn20 utilities say: "the yellow ink empty" how to fix its

Roland bn20 the yellow ink empty

Good day to you.

I’ve researched your problem in the internet and found quite the list of possible causes.

So please go through them below:

1. Low quality/ incompatible cartridge

First and foremost you should always buy your ink cartridges from a reputed cartridge manufacturer. It would be best if you ensure the cartridge is completely compatible with the printer.

2. Problem in cartridge installation.

Take out the cartridge from printer then power it off for at least 2 minutes then power it on. Reinstall the cartridge and run the head cleansing process.

3.  Problem in drivers

Download the latest drivers of the computer. Turn off the printer and install/update the drivers. Then Install the cartridge and turn on the printer. Now run the printhead cleaning cycle
