Hi,
Please help. I am currently having trouble with my Microsoft Office Communicator 2007. The error message I am getting is “Route set is no longer valid. ” I have restarted the Office Communicator as well the computer, but at some point, I am still getting this error.
As far as I can remember, I did not touch any of the settings of the Communicator before I encountered this issue. I am bothered by this issue and I have already reported this to our IT System Administrator, but I have not received a reply yet. I want to know if there is anything I can do on my end to fix this issue, or is this really for our IT Admin?

Route set is no longer valid in Office Communicator 2007
Hi there, Mikki here,
The problem you are facing may be caused by two things:
-
An office communication has been rebooted and is temporarily unavailable. My suggestion is to just try and wait for it to be available again or check your own connection settings again if they are properly set or is working properly with no errors whatsoever.
-
The user you are talking to, or the other user, is temporarily unreachable because a connection or an immediate state information has been lost. Try contacting the other user and determine if his or her settings are set up properly and no problem with communications is occurring on his side.
Hope this helps.
