Yesterday I bought on internet and installed the Roxio Easy Video Copy Premier (HX28CXD0DV1.exe) software on my Windows XP Pro v.2002, with SP3; I upgraded Windows Media player to V.11 as requested during loading.
The Roxio product seemed to load OK, but when I tried to open the video processing part of the product, I got error message: "certificate file is missing or has been corrupted; please re-install it". Uninstalling and re-loading resulted in same error message.
Info on Roxio service site does not seem to address this problem with this particular product. What is the step by step solution or fix ? Dave 4/17/12
Roxio Easy DVD Copy Premier Not opening
You are using Windows XP service pack 3 in your computer. So that’s an advantage to operate or install any updated software in your computer or laptop.
You got an error message when you tried to access your Roxio Easy Video Copy Premier (REVCP). Your error message confirm me to say that the software which is already installed in your computer that’s affected in virus. You need to reinstall it after download it again. Otherwise your problem won’t be solving. So visit the official site of REVCP and then download update version of REVCP and then install it in your computer again then try to access it.
