Hi Janetdschall,

This is a compatibility issue or file missing issue. To resolve this you can try replacing the ocx file updated version. To find the updated version you have to visit the Google and search with the ocx file name. You will find many sites that are providing ocx file for free. Just download the required file and replace with the previous version and try again.

Hope you will get better result. Good luck.

You got the error message saying “Runtime Error: 372 – Failed to load control <controlName> from <control.ocx>.Your version of <control.ocx> may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.” Because you tried to run a Visual Basic 6.0 application that contains and ActiveX control.

This might have occurred if it the program was run from a user account other than the one which the program was initially installed from. To solve this problem, you will need to modify the program so that it is installed for all users on the computer.
