Hello Carly,
Running two Skype accounts at the same time on one computer is easy. Basically it's possible by running 2 instances of Skype at the same time. Normally, Skype will not let you open more than 1 instance of it. Here's how to workaround that limitation:
1. Look for the EXE file of Skype. It is usually in C:Program Files (x86)SkypePhone (if you are using 64-bit Windows Vista or 7) or C:Program FilesSkypePhone (if you are using 32-bit Windows XP, Vista, or 7).
2. Right-click on the icon. Select "Send to" and then select "Desktop (create shortcut)".
3. Locate the shortcut on the desktop and right-click on it.
4. Select "Properties".
5. In the Target text box, add: "/secondary" (without the quotes).
6. The result would be something like this: "C:Program FilesSkypePhoneSkype.exe" /secondary
NOTE: the "/secondary" is what makes it possible to run the 2nd instance.
When you need a 2nd instance of Skype, just double-click on the shortcut that you created.
