RUNDLL process is slowing down my computer

I have noticed that my computer is running much slower and there are many instances of the image I have attached popping up on my desktop. It is really disturbing me and am looking for a way out. The error shows up on start up and even if I restart it shows up again. What is causing this and how do I stop it.

Error message:

Error loading C:WINDOWSsystem32nkkjdpay.dll

RUNDLL process is slowing down my computer

Hi Paul

Some of this RunDLL are cause by a Trojan Virus these viruses are the reason your computer is slowing down.

There are many Antivirus in the internet that you can download here is an example Advanced System Care 6

And it boost your computer speed. It has a turbo boost you can choose what you want to boost either your game mode or your work mode.
