A Runtime error occurs when opening Xara 3.0

Hi, I am using Windows XP in my Pc.

I have Xara 3.0. But when trying to open Xara within front page or not, I got an error message.

Error:Runtime Error! Program:C:GarminTraining center.exe  This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.please contact the application's support team for more information.

So, I need some helps to solve this issue.

A Runtime error occurs when opening Xara 3.0

Hello Bryan. To solve your problem with XaRa you can navigate to the wstemplates folder of webstyle. Then copy any folder containing the projects within its name from the wstemplates folder to a separate location outside the wstemplates folder. Do not delete only copy it. Then start your Webstyle. If it runs normally then move one of the project folders back to the wstemplates folder and restart Webstyle. Repeat this process until you identify the project folder causing the crash. If you find the project for which you are getting this error, then contact xara support team for further help. If you still have problems then I think you might have a bad memory in your system. For that you should run hardware diagnostics. Hopefully this tip helps you.
